This is what I collect form various sites. I did't test nothing because I didn't ever see VK phone. But you can test.

1. Key Lock
Enter 85558555#* or 4268#*
(Hold * for 3 seconds)

Hold # and type 0124

2. Phone lock
Insert SIM card and power on the phone
Enter SOS key when phone asks for password
Enter 85558555#* or 4268#*
(Hold * for 3 seconds)
